Chef Justin Ross

Chef Ross is the owner and pastry Chef of JC Desserts. From menu creation to customer consults to making deliveries, Chef Ross plays a vital part of bringing new and cutting-edge desserts to the greater Richmond area. Chef Ross appeared on Food Network as a contestant on the Spring Baking Championship Season 8. His past experience has taken him down the South East coming from The Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia where he learned a great deal about chocolate work, working under Chef Jean-Francois Suteau. Chef Ross has also gained a tremendous amount of experience from his other travels, notably working under Chef Kelly Fayard at the Ballantyne Hotel in North Carolina, as well as Chef John Cook at Norman Love Confections in Florida.
